These conditions have been put in place for your protection to clarify the method and rules of the Glamour Store work regarding return and exchange:
Regarding the return, I regret to say that cosmetic products are not subject to return and exchange except in the following cases:

1- When the customer receives the product and there is an error in the type of the product sent, the customer will be compensated either with the value of the product or send the real product, if any, at the expense of the store. Using the product and opening (original packaging), the customer will not be compensated for any amounts, according to the policies for selling perfumes and cosmetic products globally.

2- In the event that there is any defect in the product or a wrong product arrives to you from the Sahar Al Attar store, we compensate the customer by returning the wrong product to us, and we either return the amount to the same account or credit card from which it was transferred, or deliver the correct goods according to the required purchase invoice for free.

3- In the event that a product is returned, it must be within 7 days from the date of receipt, with the presence of the invoice, and the product must be in its original condition and the fragrance unopened (the presence of the original perfume cellophane) and no product will be accepted otherwise, and the customer will bear the fees for returning the product.

4- It will not be accepted to return any product that has been used and the product packaging has been opened or arrived in its non-original condition.

5 - In the event that the customer wants to exchange the product without a defect in the product and the perfume has not been opened (the presence of the original packaging), then the store is not responsible for paying the shipping costs for return, in addition to the customer paying the costs of shipping the replacement piece again and the fees for returning the product to the store.

6- In the event that the order has been shipped to the customer and he wants to cancel the order and recover the amount of the order while it is on the way to him and he did not receive the order, the customer bears the fees for returning the shipment, and the shipping amount is deducted from the total order and the amount is returned to the customer’s account after receiving the shipment from the shipping company within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt From the shipping company, and the customer will be notified when necessary in the event of a delay in receiving the order and handing it over to the shipping company for no more than 15 days. The customer has the option to accept or reject the delay and refund the amount.


7- All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third party.

9- The website will not deal or provide any services or products to any of the OFAC sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia


10- We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in Saudi Riyals.


11- Refunds will only be given through the original method of payment.


12- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In order to ensure your safety, the Perfume Magic Store does not allow the return or exchange of its products, except for the following cases only Products that reach you are damaged or defective. The arrival of a product different from your order.

The product must be in the same condition it was received with, and there has been no change in shape or appearance, and it has not been used.
We work on your land, so the return / exchange period may take 10 working days from the date of receiving the product.
 The amount will be refunded for the damaged / defective product after its arrival to us and verification of its condition, and the amount will be transferred to you.
Exchange Policy:

1. Without prejudice to the agreement and statutory guarantee provisions, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by (Glamour Store) within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after the seven days have passed.
2. In order to replace the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition, and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and (Glamour Store) has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.
3. The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:
If the product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
· If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's improper possession.
Return policy:
1. 2. To return the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition, and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and (The Magic of Perfume Store) has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
If the product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
· If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's improper possession.
4. If the provisions of the mentioned return policy are met; The consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product to (Sahar Perfume Store) with a refund of the amount paid.
