Article 1 - Introduction and Definitions

Article 4 - Controls for using (Glamour Perfume Store)

 2- When purchasing a service or product (Glamour Store), the user is obligated not to use this service or product in violation of public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia..

Article 5 - Accounts and Registration Obligations
As soon as you apply for membership in ( Glamour Store) as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and a secret password to use when accessing the services of ( Glamour Store). By doing so, you agree to:
1. 7. If it appears to (Glamour Store) that you disclosed information that is not true, incorrect, non-current, incomplete, illegal, or contrary to what was stated in the usage agreement, then (Glamour Store) has the right to stop, freeze or cancel Your membership or your store and your account on the platform, without harming the rights of other (Glamour Store) and their legitimate means to recover their rights and protect the rest of the users.
8. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the management of (Glamour Store) has the right to stop or cancel your store or membership, or to block you from accessing the services of (Glamour Store) again.

Article 6 - Electronic communications and official means of communication
1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication takes place via the e-mail registered on the platform.
2. The user agrees that all agreements, advertisements, data and other communications that are provided electronically take the place of their written counterparts, which is a stand-alone argument, in meeting the legal and legitimate needs.

Article 7 - Amendments to the Usage and Fees Agreement
1. The Glamour Store may notify you of any amendment to this agreement in accordance with the official means of communication under this agreement, according to which your obligations are doubled or your rights are diminished according to any amendments that may be made to this agreement.
 2. In the event of objection to any amendment to the usage agreement, (Glamour Store) hopes that you will stop using its services, as your mere access to your account in ( Glamour Store) or your use of (Glamour Store) is considered your acceptance of the amendments and complete and complete approval. For ignorance, (Glamour Store) accepts discussion in any proposal regarding these provisions.
 3. All fees are calculated in Saudi riyals, and the user must pay all fees due on the platform, in addition to any other expenses added by (Glamour Store) , Provided that payment is made by the approved and specified means available through (Glamour Store)
. 4. (Glamour Store) may impose fees on some users, depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or what the state imposes in terms of fees or taxes on the nature of the product or service
. 5. (Glamour Store) reserves the right to add, increase, decrease or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms and conditions of the usage agreement, for any of the users, whatever the reason for their registration.

Article 8 -  payment services for stores in (Glamour Store)

1. (The Perfume Magic Store) provides, through its partners, the payment and payment system in (Glamour Store), and it can be done entirely online through the payment options available on (Glamour Store) or through any payment method provided by (Glamour Store) from time to time to another.
 2. (Glamour Store) is committed to determining the price of the service or product that it offers in its store according to the recognized market value.
3. (Glamour Store) is obligated to provide invoices, receipt vouchers, and receipt vouchers for all amounts and profits that arise in its store, and it is obligated to give the user an invoice for his purchase of a service or product (Glamour Store).
4. (Glamour Store) is committed to providing the generally accepted accounting specifications in its online store, in implementation of the provisions of this agreement, and the legal, economic, commercial and organizational interests in this regulation.

Article 9 - Your Personal Information and Transaction Details Information

1. The user acknowledges that he grants (Glamour Store) an unlimited, universal, permanent and irrevocable right, exempt from expenses, and licensed to use personal information or materials or otherwise provided or provided by the platform (Glamour Store) or announced on the platform By joining or using it, through the forms designated for communication and registration, or through any e-mail or any of the communication channels available on the platform. With the aim of achieving any of the interests that the platform sees.
 2. The provisions of the confidentiality of consumer information are subject to the rules of the "Privacy Policy and Confidentiality of Information" of (Glamour Store), and to the provisions of this agreement related to the confidentiality of information.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property
1. The intellectual property rights of (Glamour Store) are wholly owned by (Glamour Store), whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
2. The user or consumer respects the intellectual property rights of (Glamour Store), which includes (Glamour Store) itself, and the words, logos and other symbols of (Glamour Store) or displayed on (Glamour Store), as ( Glamour Store), and every right that follows with (Glamour Store), are the full intellectual property rights of (Glamour Store).

Article 11 - Responsibility (Glamour Store) 
1. (The Magic of Perfume Store) is committed to conducting its business through this electronic platform in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
2. (Sahar Perfume Store) shall not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly, indirectly, incidentally, by the user, or by a third party such as shipping companies.
 3. (Sahar Al Attar Store), its employees, owners, and their representatives shall be committed to ensuring that (the product or service) is sound, legitimate, and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and that it is used for legitimate purposes.

Article 12 - Confidentiality of Information
1. The Perfume Magic Store takes (concrete, organizational and technical) standards to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to users' personal information, and save it.
 2. You acknowledge as a user that the World Wide Web is not a completely secure method, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be guaranteed 100% through (Glamour Store).
3. (Glamour Store) has no control over the actions of any third party, or third parties, such as other web pages linked by links to the platform or third parties claiming to represent you and others.
4. Article 13 - Restriction of Access or Membership
 (Glamour Store) can suspend or cancel the user’s membership, or restrict the user’s access to the platform’s services at any time, without warning, for any reason, and without specifying.

Article 14 - Exchange Policy
1. 1. Without prejudice to the agreement and statutory guarantee provisions, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by (Glamour Store) within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after the seven days have passed.
 2. In order to replace the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition, and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and (Glamour  Store) has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.
 3. The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:
If the product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
· If the product is video tapes, CDs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.
If the product is newspapers, magazines, pamphlets, books, or anything else that is considered a work.
· If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's improper possession.
· If the contract deals with the provision of accommodation, transportation or catering services.

Article 15 - Return Policy
1. Without prejudice to the agreement and statutory guarantee provisions, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product provided to him from (Glamour  Store) within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to that product after the seven days have passed.
 2. To return the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition, and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and (Glamour Store) has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
 3. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases: If the product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer. · If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's improper possession.
4. If the provisions of the mentioned return policy are met; The consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product to (Glamour Store) with a refund of the amount paid.
 5. Electronic payments (Visa - Mada - American Express - Apple Pay - STC Pay) In the event that the customer cancels the order himself, the electronic payment fees will be deducted according to the percentage of the payment gateway, and the remaining amount will be returned to the customer's bank account.

Article 16 - Applicable Law or Regulation
This User Agreement is governed and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fully subject to the regulations in force at the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 17 - General Provisions
In the event that any incoming material or clause in this usage agreement is canceled or there is any incoming material or any clause in the usage agreement that is no longer enforceable, such an order does not revoke the validity of the rest of the articles, terms and provisions contained in the usage agreement and it remains in effect until further notice Managed by (Glamour Store). This usage agreement - which may be amended from time to time as the case may be - constitutes the usage agreement, the working mechanism, the understanding, the agreement and the contract between (Glamour Store) and the user, and both parties to this agreement agree to take into consideration the following:
1. The Arabic language is the applicable language when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, or when translating them into another language.
 2. All prices offered on the services or products of (Glamour Store) may be amended from time to time.
3. The promotions or marketing offers that Glamour Store may place are temporary offers, as the Glamour Store has the right to modify or stop these promotions or marketing offers at any time.
 4. The parties to this agreement are obligated to deal with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules, regulations, and applicable laws related to the nature of the dealings between (Glamour Store) and the user.
 5. This usage agreement is only canceled by a decision issued by the management of (Glamour Store).

Article 18 - Payment Provisions
- All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
- Saudi Arabia is our country of domicile
-Website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Saudi Arabia
- We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in SAR.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.
